Taizen

Catalog

Every integration in the catalog, by category — what's one click, what needs keys, what to request.

Settings → Integrations shows what's connected and the full available list — around 100 integrations across 16 categories, searchable and filterable in the app. Three states:

StateMeaning
One clickConnects over OAuth, usually via MCP — see one-click connections
KeysYou create an API key in the provider and paste it in
RequestNot wired up yet — Request tells us you need it (how)

The live list in your workspace is always the authority; this page tells you what each category is for.

Calls & meetings

Fireflies · Granola · Gong · Genesys Cloud · Zoom · Aircall · Otter

Most of these connect in one click; a few ask you to create an API key first, and their tile in the app says so. Either way, make sure the access covers transcripts and not just call metadata.

Unlocks transcripts for agents to reason over, real-call scoring, roleplay buyers grounded in your actual call history, and post-call event triggers. This is the category to connect first — most teams keep their existing conversation-intelligence tool and pipe the call data into Taizen rather than replacing it.

CRM & lifecycle

Salesforce · Attio · Apollo.io · HubSpot · Zoho CRM · Pipedrive · ActiveCampaign · Insightly

Unlocks deal context for every agent, interview targeting off closed-lost deals, CRM write-back, and buyer personas built from real contacts. Without a CRM, agents can summarize calls but can't reason about deals.

Setup guide: Salesforce

Messaging & chat

Slack · Intercom · Drift · Freshchat · Crisp · Tidio · LiveChat · Olark · Braze · OneSignal

Unlocks delivery where reps already work, and — for support tools — customer conversations as another source of buyer language.

Collaboration & knowledge

Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Drive · SharePoint · Confluence · Notion · Microsoft Teams · Jira · Asana · Trello · ClickUp · Basecamp · Glean

Unlocks calendar-driven meeting prep, email history in account context, and documents as grounding for document stores. SharePoint and Confluence are the usual homes for a sales playbook, so connecting one is often what makes roleplay buyers argue with your real positioning rather than a generic version of it.

Sales enablement

Outreach · Lemlist · Salesloft

Unlocks sequence and campaign performance alongside call data — which is what lets an agent tell you that the follow-up went out but the reply rate collapsed.

Data & storage

Amazon S3 · Google BigQuery · Snowflake · Segment · Azure Blob Storage

Unlocks bulk records and warehouse data. If you need something here before it's wired up, an MCP server is the fastest way in.

Customer support

Zendesk · Freshdesk · Help Scout · Front · Dixa · Kustomer · Gorgias

Unlocks support signal beside sales signal — useful for churn interviews and for spotting the product friction buyers mention on calls.

Customer success

Gainsight · ChurnZero · Custify

Unlocks health and renewal signals, which is what makes a renewal-risk agent possible.

Surveys & forms

Qualtrics · SurveyMonkey · Typeform · Google Forms · Survicate · Alchemer · GetFeedback · Formstack · Delighted · AskNicely · InMoment · Sprig

Unlocks existing survey data as a complement to win/loss interviews — though the interview is what gets you past the polite first answer.

Analytics & replay

Amplitude · Mixpanel · FullStory · Heap · PostHog · Pendo · Hotjar · LogRocket · Smartlook · Contentsquare · Crazy Egg

Unlocks product usage as context, most useful for renewals and expansion.

Product research

Dovetail · UserTesting · Productboard · Maze · Useberry

Unlocks existing research so interviews build on it instead of repeating it.

Social & reviews

G2 · Capterra · Trustpilot · Yotpo · Google Reviews · Facebook · Instagram · X · TikTok · Reddit

Unlocks public voice-of-customer — a useful cross-check on what buyers tell you directly.

Monitoring

Datadog · New Relic · Sentry · Bugsnag

Unlocks operational alerts as agent triggers.

Automation

Zapier · Make (Integromat) · Tray.io · Workato

Unlocks a bridge to anything not listed here, if you'd rather not wait for a native connection.

App stores

Apple iOS Store · Google Play Store

Unlocks app reviews as another feedback source.

If yours isn't here

Two routes, fastest first:

  1. Does it speak MCP? Paste the server URL under Settings → MCPs and authorize. This is how internal systems get in, and it needs nobody's roadmap.
  2. Otherwise, request ithow to make the request useful.

Resist connecting everything at once. Each connection changes what agents can see, and a workspace with fifteen integrations and no agents is harder to reason about than one with three integrations and a working Meeting Prep.
